Oahu moved to Tier 3 of our re-opening strategy today! In mid-August, the City & County of Honolulu closed all beaches and parks until 9/5. Well, September 5th came and went because the closure was extended to 9/16. During this closure, the Island of Oahu entered a second lockdown and stay-at-home order set to expire on 9/9 but looking like it will also be extended.  This lockdown includes no dine-in.
